As we aim to satisfy our customers, all purchases can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from date of delivery. This is also applied to products with faults and any products you received by mistake. If you would like to return or exchange any product, please follow these steps;
- Contact the customer service 920033880 during the official working hours or through an email info@nusuki.com.sa Please make sure that item/s are in a good condition and has not been used. Please not that damaged or used items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Our employee will take your notes regarding the product/s and arrange with the Saudi Express Mail (within Saudi Arabia only) to receive the items from the customer.
- If you used a credit card for payment, the refund will be returned to the card. Please note that refunds take 7-14 working days for the refund to show on the bank statement from the date we returned the payment.
- In case you choose to pay cash on delivery, you will receive as Nusuki’s coupon which can be used for the next purchase.
- We will provide you with a free return of shipment fees if you are not satisfied with the product/s. The coupon will be with the price of the returned product/s and it does not include shipment fees.
- All returns or exchanges are free within Saudi Arabia.
